Notes - CCM Calgary Flames jersey, as worn during the 2003-04 season when the Flames finished third in the Northwest Division, before making in all the way to the Stanley Cup, after winning the Conference Championship. They lost 2-1 in game 7 of the Stanley Cup to the Tampa Bay Lightning however, having been 3-2 up in the series.
