Notes - Nike San Francisco 49ers Michael Crabtree #15 jersey, as worn during his final season with the 49ers, when the team finished third in the NFC West, missing out on the playoffs. Crabtree was selected tenth overall in the 2009 NFL Draft and helped the 49ers to reach Super Bowl XLVII, in which he had 5 receptions for 109 yards and one touchdown, narrowly losing to 34-31 to the Baltimore Ravens.
