Notes - Reebok Chicago Bears Rex Grossman #8 jersey, as worn during the 2006 season when the Bears finished first in the NFC North with a 13-3 record, making it all the way to Super Bowl XLI, before losing to the Colts. Grossman played all 16 regular season games, leading the Bears to the Super Bowl, however threw two interceptions and had two fumbles, which cost the Bears the game.
